Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Konekte app. By creating an account or using Konekte, you agree to them. Contact: support@konekte.date.

Who can use Konekte

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. You must give your real birthday. One account per person.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens on your Konekte account.

Be respectful

Do not:

harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone;
post nudity, sexual content involving anyone under 18, violence or hateful content;
pretend to be someone else, or use photos that aren't you;
ask people for money, scam, spam or advertise without our permission;
share someone else's private information;
break the law or try to break, hack or overload Konekte.

Report anything that worries you through Help & feedback ("Safety concern").

Your content

You own the photos and text you post. You give Konekte permission to store and show them in the app so the service works. You confirm you have the right to post them.

Meeting people

Konekte does not run background checks. Be careful when you meet someone: meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, and never send money to someone you met online. You are responsible for your interactions with other people.

Ending your account

You can stop using Konekte and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

No guarantees

Konekte is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that you'll find a match. To the extent the law allows, Konekte is not responsible for indirect losses or for other people's behavior.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Konekte means you accept the new terms.
